Affordable Rent?

As we all know, rent has gone up big time in New Jersey, and Perth Amboy made the list in a New Jersey newspaper article. The article said people in Perth Amboy are paying the highest rent in New Jersey, just like those other 23 towns that rent. At one time, rent was very affordable in town because the City had those industries that kept the taxes low and provided for many jobs. Yes, property taxes are high because of carelessness and waste from City government and an overcrowded school system. I was told Perth Amboy is 65% Section 8 so-called affordable housing.

Where is this money coming from to pay this rent for Section 8? We know some people on Section 8 rent their bedrooms. This illegal housing is still going on. Look what’s going on in California, like Los Angeles, and San Diego. Many are living on the streets and they have very good jobs like teachers, nurses, and so on. This is all because of high rent. See it for yourself, and that’s why they are leaving real fast. Very soon New Jersey will be next. TRUST ME on this! We see it coming and many will be moving out to Texas.
