For Annual Performance and Evaluation Report Program Year 2017

Notice is hereby provided that the City of Perth Amboy, NJ has completed its draft of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2017 Program Year for the Community Development Block Grant CDBG and HOME Investment Partnership programs. This report contains information including: 1) summary of the resources and accomplishments, 2) status of actions taken during the year to implement the goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan, and 3) evaluation of the progress made during the year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives.

This report is available to the public for review at the Office of Economic and Community Development located at 260 High St., Perth Amboy NJ 08861. 

A fifteen (15) day public comment period will begin on Monday, August 13, 2018 during which the public is invited to address written comments to: Fatayi Saliu, Office of Economic and Community Development, 260 High St., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.  

The City will also hold two (2) public hearings for citizens desiring to comment on the CAPER report on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM and on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Perth Amboy City Hall, Council Chambers, 260 High St., Perth Amboy NJ 08861. Perth Amboy intends to submit the final 2017 Comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation Report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about Monday, August 27, 2018.
