On Wednesday, August 22, 2018 there were three ceremonies commemorating the 10^th Anniversary of Police Officer Thomas E. Raji’s Line of Duty Death on August 22, 2008 at age 31. Police Officers paid their respects at his grave. The Perth Amboy Police Department and Police from other towns biked to Iselin where there is also a monument at the location where he died. They also placed flowers at the Fallen Police Officers Memorial which is made in the likeness of Thomas E. Raji and his dog in front of the Perth Amboy Police Station.
