PERTH AMBOY – Reverend Donna Stewart President and Sheriff Mildred Scott spoke at the NAACP Meeting at the Olive Street Community Center.  There was a special presentation by the MCDO (Middlesex County Democratic Organization)  on the Black Caucus.
