City of Perth Amboy, New Jersey

Notice is hereby provided that the City of Perth Amboy, NJ has completed its draft of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2018 Program Year for the Community Development Block Grant CDBG and HOME Investment Partnership programs. This report contains information including: 1) summary of the resources and accomplishments, 2) status of actions taken during the year to implement the goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan, and 3) evaluation of the progress made during the year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives.

This report is available to the public for review at the Office of Economic and Community Development located at 260 High St., Perth Amboy NJ 08861. 

A fifteen (15) day public comment period will begin on Thursday, September 19, 2019 during which the public is invited to address written comments to: Maritza C. Rodriguez, Office of Economic and Community Development, 260 High St., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.  

The City will also hold a public hearing for citizens desiring to comment on the CAPER report on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 6:00 P.M.. at the Perth Amboy City Hall, Council Chambers, 260 High St., Perth Amboy NJ 08861. Perth Amboy intends to submit the final 2018 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about Friday, October 4, 2019.
