Stay Home

This is a time for everyone to STAY HOME except for essential business. It is heartbreaking to see so many in New Jersey and New York as well as the rest of the country getting sick and dying because of the spread of the coronavirus. We can all make a difference and “flatten the curve” by not going out. When going out is unavoidable, practice social distancing by staying  at least six feet apart from others. You can have the COVID-19 illness and not have any symptoms, and thereby unknowingly infect others.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Director of Infectious Disease at the National Institutes of Health, says that the next month is critical in combating this illness. If we each listen to him, the life you save may be your own, that of someone you love, or the loved ones of others, including courageous health care workers and first responders.

COVID-19 is Here

Well folks, COVID-19 came to America as we expected it to, and infecting many with severe health issues and death. Many people have recovered from it. The CDC recommends social distance and wearing a mask in food stores. The State Government issues: “Stay at Home” or “Lockdown” with many nonfood businesses closed for 30 days. Now, it’s too early to count the dead from this virus. We’ll leave it at that. As for the economic fallout from this, we will know very soon how many people will survive from it. I’m concerned about the economic recovery from this crisis and the effect it will have. So, for now, don’t panic whatever you do.
