PERTH AMBOY – The Perth Amboy community came together to recognize and celebrate the Perth Amboy High School Class of 2020.
Immediately following the 135th Perth Amboy High School Commencement Ceremony (broadcast live via a YouTube Stream on June 19, 2020), the Perth Amboy Police and Perth Amboy Fire Department joined Perth Amboy Public School District officials during a “Wave Parade” throughout the city.
Graduating seniors and their families stood outside of their homes with their caps & gowns to celebrate this significant milestone in their lives.
In addition to PAPD and PAFD, Perth Amboy Public School district buses joined the parade with Class of 2020 banners and balloons displayed on the sides. A video truck also accompanied the parade looping a senior class slideshow of pictures throughout the 2019-2020 school year.
