Free Naloxone Giveaway

Naloxone SprayAs New Jersey recovers from COVID19, the State also continues to address the ongoing opioid epidemic. To help in this fight, New Jersey will offer the opioid overdose reversal drug naloxone – commonly called Narcan – for free to residents at pharmacies throughout the Garden State. For participating pharmacies, please visit nj.gov/humanservices/stopoverdoses.

 


Travel Advisory Updated

NounSix states were removed from the travel advisory list this week. New Jersey still asks visitors from 30 states and territories to quarantine for 14 days after arriving. View the list and learn more here.

 


Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and Rosh Hashanah Safely!

PartyHispanic Heritage Month began this week and runs through October 15. Rosh Hashanah begins Friday night. As you gather with friends and family, remember that gatherings are allowed but different limits apply depending on the type of gathering and where it is held. General indoor gatherings are restricted to 25 people or 25% of a room’s capacity, whichever is lower. Learn more.
