PERTH AMBOY – In light of the unemployment scams that have occurred recently, the City of Perth Amboy is hosting a Don’t Get Scammed Workshop presented by the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs on Thursday, August 26, at the Perth Amboy  Free Public Library, 196 Jefferson St.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with snacks and refreshments, followed by the workshop at 6 p.m. A representative from the Division of Consumer Affairs will give a presentation in both  English and Spanish.
