SOUTH AMBOY – South Amboy Elks Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks # 784 has selected the Puerto Rican Association for Human Development (PRAHD) to be recipients from our Elks National Foundation Awards Committee, for their commitment to their community service in Perth Amboy, by providing a food pantry that gives hope to the less fortune in need.
