Family Medicine Physician Dr. Caracitas Volunteers To Provide On-Call Support To the staff of the Raritan Bay Area YMCA Summer Stars day camp

PERTH AMBOY – Alexandra C. Caracitas, DO, board-certified family medicine physician, who is currently practicing at the Raritan Bay Physicians’ Group, PC, will be joining us to provide on-call health care related support and assistance to the staff at the RARITAN BAY AREA YMCA during the camp season. Dr. Caracitas will review and make recommendations to the organization medical treatment procedure plan and health and wellness policies.
Alexandra C. Caracitas, DO, continues to accept new patients at her new office location in the Medical Pavilion at Perth Amboy, 516 Lawrie St. Dr. Caracitas is especially in assisting families, helping her patients protect, promote and maintain good health and well-being to prevent disease, chronic illnesses and disability.
The well-known physician has recently relocated from South River, where she practiced family medicine since 2007. Dr. Caracitas completed her residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Kennedy Health System, Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ. In 2000, she received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ.

By Dr. Caracitas volunteering at the Y, she’s taking an active role in bringing about meaningful, enduring change right in her own neighborhood.
