COMMUNITY VOICE: Low Income Housing

The Mayor and her friends were ground breaking for new low income housing. 70 units for the Delaney Project. Bragging about this is as an entrance to Perth Amboy. Are they insane? What City puts low income housing as their entrance???

Perth Amboy needs to attract high income, not low.
