Let us salute those intrepid souls,
Who at Council meetings, stand up and speak
On each every topic and issue on the agenda,
They say for us who are timid, powerless and weak.

Some of us who may get up to speak,
Merely bore the Council members who fall asleep.
But when this trio express their opinions,
The Council members sit up to hear their thoughts so deep!

The Bill of Rights signed here in 1789
Placed the Freedom to Speak as Number One!
This gives each of us the right to speak,
But this trio does it best after all is said and done!

This swell trio’s actions contribute to democracy,
They keep the Municipal Council on the go!
Long live STANLEY SIERAKOWSKI, ORLANDO PEREZ and ALAN SILBER,
Gentlemen! Please stand up and take a bow!
