WOODBRIDGE – The next meeting of the Robert E. Lee Civil War Roundtable of Central New Jersey will be held on November 4, 2013, at the Woodbridge Public Library. This month’s guest speaker is author Scott Mingus, whose latest book is “Extra Billy” Smith, which will be the topic of discussion for the evening. Mr. Mingus will have copies of his book for sale and signing. The meeting is open to the public and admission is free. Bring a friend.
