PERTH AMBOY – For 30 years there has been a quaint little shop filled with a lot of sweets and treats located at 146 Pulaski Ave. This specialty shop has been serving the community with specialized chocolate (sugar free and regular) and candy that brings back memories of days of old.

Easter, Valentine’s Day and Christmas would be the times that the Sugar Plum Palace would be open on a regular basis. The owner, Carol Bilas would always greet you with a broad smile and you always find a unique item not found anywhere else. Although Carol was known for her chocolate creations, there also other treasures to be found there. Decorative pins and cards were some of them. Be sure to drop in for that special something for your special someone.
