It is disappointing that Kushner has refused to compromise on his proposal to complete construction of the Landings.
As residents we have dealt with his unwillingness to correct the poor workmanship and many construction problems, which resulted in our law suit against the builders. Our position is still that the city should not approve further construction until Kushner settles our claims to make the existing buildings whole
