PERTH AMBOY – The Perth Amboy Girl Scout Troop was visited by Senator Joe Vitale and Mayor Wilda Diaz on Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Patten School. Senator Vitale explained to the Girl Scouts how a bill is passed into a law in the Senate. Posing as “Senators,” the Girl Scouts each signed the “Bill” which banned smoking in public places into “Law.”
