- SOUTH AMBOY – The South Amboy Elks # 784 MC’s, 4th Annual Hog Roast, was a success. The weather was great, the music was provided by the “Black Nights.” The food was delicious, plentiful and enjoyed by everyone present, (can’t wait until next year). All proceeds will be donated to the charitable organizations, i.e., The Brain Injured Children (BIC), etc. The Motorcycle Club wishes to thank all that participated in making this a memorable time that benefited so many.
