PERTH AMBOY – Before the 5/27/15 Caucus Meeting began, Fernando Gonzalez was sworn in by Judge Mathias Rodriguez. None of the other Council Members were present except for Council President Lisa Nanton who stood outside in the hall leading into the Council Chambers.
