AHOY from Brandywine Senior Living Seniors

PERTH AMBOY – A group of seniors from Brandywine Senior Living 155 Raymond Road Princeton boarded the Cornucopia Princess Saturday August 1st. The seniors ages to 83 to 95 enjoyed a four hour excursion exploring the NY, NJ  Waterways.

Some of the seniors have not been on a cruise in 60 plus years said Stephanie Gaber  Brandywine Senior Living  Escapades Producer.  Kirt Wedemeyer  89  a resident of  BSL  said “ I was really looking forward to this. “   “ My wife Terry and I haven’t cruised since the 80’s “ another Brandywine passenger Donald McClure 95 said When I heard I was going on a cruise I was so excited I couldn’t sleep, it’s been years since my last cruise.  Escapades Producer Stephanie Gaber said I wanted to make a memorable summer experience for our residents, and I thought going on a Saturday afternoon Cruise would definitely create memorable moments and new memories!

In addition to this exciting excursion the residents of BSL enjoyed a scrumptious lunch.
