In accordance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act”, N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District (“BID”) hereby announces a public meeting on the above date, time and location set forth below.  This meeting either is a new, additional meeting not listed on its Annual Notice of Regular Meetings previously published, or is a meeting published on the Annual Notice of Regular Meetings which now has been re-scheduled or amended.
