THE COMMUNITY VOICE

Meal Boxes

I guess the free ride on food stamps will come to an end. Already the U.S. Government has started sending meal boxes. Yes, a meal box if you’re getting up to $ 90.00 in food stamps. So far, they are trying this so-called meal box, and you’ll get to eat whatever is in it, or give it to the dog. This will be the new way of life on food stamps, and yes, it’s a wakeup call for the future in America. Some will say this came from those Republicans, but guess what? The Democrat Politicians also were for this in plan. YES, like Hillary. This is just a trial, so don’t panic, yet -it will be coming to a town near you. As for Section 8, how will this also change? Your guess. Over the years, the free rides from the Government was abused by many and those that really needed it NEVER GOT IT because of political abuse or give me your vote and you’ll get a free ride.

Stopping School Shootings

Is using armed personnel really “the wrong school fix”? The defense of the country, states, and municipalities depends on good guys with guns. The proposed solution of “mental health treatment and school-based counseling” seems like a fantasy and is also expensive. That 1966 Texas school shooter had medical treatment before his crime. So too the recent shooter in Florida. Any proposed solution should be rated for reliability and cost-effectiveness. Is there any solution that will be 100% reliable and at the lowest cost?

If the advice of teenagers motivated by rumors and advertising is so great, why don’t we allow fourteen-year olds to vote?
