PERTH AMBOY – The Live at the Ferry Slip Original Music Series will return for its 3rd season on Saturday June 2nd 2018 from 7-9 p.m. The music series is at the Perth Amboy Ferry Slip at 300 Front St on the waterfront next to the Perth Amboy Marina. Enjoy great live music and beautiful views of Raritan Bay. Kicking off the series are two great bands The Rollbacks and The EMKAYS. The Rollbacks are a five-piece band that plays Latin fusion, mixing jazz, rock, salsa and bossa nova. The EMKAYS are a 3 piece band that play an eclectic mix of folk, rock, jazz, blues and whatever anyone requests on the back of a hundred dollar bill. The show is free and all ages. There is room for dancing and limited seating is available first come first served. The Ferry Slip Museum will be open to tour and Empanada Express Food Truck will be at the event. Also, enjoy great food and drinks at the ice cream parlor & bars and restaurants along the Perth Amboy waterfront. Live at the Ferry Slip Music Series is hosted by Perth Amboy Artworks in partnership with the Historic City of Perth Amboy Ferry Slip Museum and the Honorable Mayor Wilda Diaz. Grant funding has been provided by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders through a grant provided by New Jersey State Council on the Arts/ Department of State.
