Constitutional Reform
A recent letter had a list of complaints about President Trump. Trump defeated a Bush for the nomination and a Clinton in the election. This prevented a dynastic succession. That letter was wrong to claim Trump didn’t curb use of “AR-15 automatic guns”. Machine guns have been restricted since the 1934 Firearms Act. Congress passes laws, not a Presidential decree.
The AR-15 is not restricted as it is not an “automatic gun”. You can look this up on the Internet to learn why it is so popular. Its features make it excellent for hunting packs of coyotes or feral pigs; these are not a problem in central Jersey.
I recommend a Constitutional change to prevent a dynasty. Ban the brothers, sisters, spouse or ex-spouses, sons and daughters of any President from becoming President.
