Please be advised that the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District’s Annual Meeting will be held at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA at 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 5:00 pm for the following: 

I. Election of Board of Directors (nominations below) 

II. Swearing-in of Newly Elected Directors 

III. Appointment of Officers 

IV. Re-organization Meeting 

Nominations are for two (1) year terms for “At Large” (community member) positions; total of eight positions (2-3 yr. terms) for general board member seats, as business/property owners.
