Please be advised that the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District’s Annual Meeting has been rescheduled and will be held at Raritan Bay Area YMCA at 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 5:00 pm for the following: 

I. Election of Board of Directors (nominations below) 

II. Swearing-in of Newly Elected Directors 

III. Appointment of Officers 

IV. Re-organization Meeting 

Nominations are for two (1) year terms for “At Large” (community member) positions;

total of eight positions (2-3 yr. terms) for general board member seats, 

as business/property owners. 

i. Community Member Nominations (At-Large): Anthony Burdier,

Emilio J. Jimenez, Lisa Rosario, Joel Pabon, Fernando Gonzalez,

Stephanie Márquez-Villafañe and Tashi Vazquez 

ii. Business/Property Owner Nominations: Elizabeth Sanchez, 

Melvin Rodriguez, Samuel Quezada, Asim Malik, Antonio Abreu and 

Reyes Ortega
