PERTH AMBOY, NJ – The JRF is excited to present the updated Perth Amboy Alliance for Community (PAAC) 2021 NRTC Draft Plan.  Using our original plan completed in 2008 as a guide and through a variety of outreach strategies, together we identified important priorities and created projects to revitalize our neighborhood. 

This draft is the culmination of months of activities, meetings, virtual gatherings, and neighborhood canvassing.  PAAC staff with the incredible help of our amazing Host Team members, Creative NJ, Triad Inc., and our neighbors we are able to post this electronic version for public comment.
