Please be advised that the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District rescheduled its regular October board meeting (original date: October 11) to Tuesday, October 18 at 4 p.m., in-person at City Hall Council Chambers located at 260 High Street in Perth Amboy. The meeting will also consider the following resolution:

R-07-10/22- Authorizing an Executive/Closed Session at the October 18, 2022 meeting to discuss with legal counsel pending litigation, as well as advice on budgetary and governance matters.
