Well, there you have it. Four more years of Mayor Wilda Diaz and her two yes people for City Council: Lisa Nanton (if she makes it) and Fernando Irazarry.

When loading the truck, the men have to back and forth to put the container back on the resident’s curb. When the cars see a garbage truck, they speed up to go around so they […]

I attended the Perth Amboy Mayoral debate last week that was held at Perth Amboy high school and was glad that I was able to hear each of the candidates respond and share their views on many of the issues that were presented and discussed during the debate.

The response has […]

Dear Readers: As Perth Amboy Democratic Chairwoman, I want to respond to statements made at the debate held at the Perth Amboy High School when mayoral candidates were asked if they would favor our town adopting a partisan form of government. The non-partisan election was moved from May to November by the current administration and […]

PERTH AMBOY — It is an outrage that ousted superintendent Janine Caffrey has succeeded in being reinstated by NJ Commissioner of Education Christopher Cerf; despite the ruling of an administrative law judge in favor of the Perth Amboy BOE, and lengthy opposition papers filed by David Rubin, Esq. on behalf of the Board. These papers […]
