PERTH AMBOY – Many streets in the City were recently repaved. But, what the City wasn’t prepared for were the added handicapped spots. New Brunswick Avenue was one of the streets where additional handicapped spots were added by the County. This was done to make the City more ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant.
