PERTH AMBOY — The Perth Amboy Police Chaplain Corps. joined together with the Mayors of the Amboys and the families affected by loved ones who took their lives or the lives of others on the Victory Bridge. Msgr. John Gordon, the Commanding Officer of the Police Chaplain Corps is shown on the bridge comforting families affected by deaths on the Victory Bridge.
