4/23/13 Council MeetingPERTH AMBOY — A homeowner from Harbortown who lives in on Great Beds Court Street painted a dismal picture when he spoke at the 4/23/13 Council Meeting.

“There are 2 unfinished buildings. There will be 32 units on top of the 74 already existing. 3 to 4 homeowners have foreclosures pending and they will be moving to other states. There are too many rentals and already many foreclosures. The percentage of owner occupied units is very low. Homeowners hired an engineer who did a walk through. There were many code violations and this needs to be corrected before any additional units are built. A mortgage cannot be acquired by Harbortown Sail.
