WOODBRIDGE – Raritan Bay Medical Center is holding a healthy heart event providing free education about chronic heart conditions, medication management and blood pressure screenings and heart rate testing Tuesday, December 16, 9 a.m. to 12 noon, at the Woodbridge Community Center, 600 Main St., Woodbridge.  High blood pressure and irregular heart rate is associated with stroke, heart failure, heart attack and other life threatening conditions.  Take advantage of these screenings and education to maintain a healthy heart.
