SOUTH AMBOY – Frog Hollow Swim and Tennis Club’s 38th annual 5K Run and Health Walk will be held Saturday, June 27th.  Proceeds will benefit the city of South Amboy’s Fire and First Aid departments.  There will be a free youth Fun Run, awards, t-shirts, post race picnic, and all day swimming and tennis for race participants.

Entry fee is $20 in advance and $25 day of race. For more information or to download a registration form, go to www.froghollowswim.com or register in person at the club 7:30 AM on race day. Fun Run steps off at 8:30 AM and the 5K Run starts at 9:00 AM. The Frog Hollow Swim and Tennis Club is located on Ferris St. off of South Pine Ave. in South Amboy, NJ.
