.) TOWN IMPROVEMENTS – We applaud the opening on the Arts District and its positive impact that it will make in the downtown area, but are there also other concerns that you want to address?

.) BUSINESSES – What businesses would you like to attract to South Amboy to help revitalize the downtown area in a short time-frame?

.) PARKING METERS – Are parking meters a revenue generator of revenue killer? How do you stand on this issue?

.) TERM LIMITS – Do you think term limits are necessary?

.) HOUSING – What type of Housing do you feel are most needed: condos, single family or apartments. Do you feel that the types of housing in South Amboy is sufficient for the residents.

.) EMPLOYMENT – Do you think the proposed businesses coming into town will bring employment opportunities for the residents or will these businesses already come with a built in  workforce?

.) TOWN’S ASSETS – South Amboy and Perth Amboy are fortunate to both have in common beautiful waterfronts, close to major highways and cities and most importantly, a train station.
