Police Blotter: Drug Arrests Made

PERTH AMBOY – On 04/14/2017, at approximately 1905hrs, members of the Perth Amboy Police Departments Special Investigations Unit executed a Superior Court Search Warrant at a residence on Catalpa Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ.

During the search of the residence, they recovered 100 decks of Heroin worth about $1000.00 and an additional 6 grams of Heroin worth approximately $600.00, Cocaine worth around $800.00, numerous bags of Marijuana worth around $2200.00, and numerous items of paraphernalia used for packaging and selling, and approximately $1000.00 in cash.

The following defendants were arrested and charged:

Edward M. Camejo of Catalpa Ave., PANJ Age 22 for Poss. Of Marijuana over 50 grams, Poss. With Intent, distribution within 1,000 ft. of a school, Endangering children, and Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Buonarrigo

Lakecia Berry of Catalpa Ave., PANJ Age 22 for Poss. of Marijuana over 50 grams, Poss. With intent, distribution within 1,000 ft. of a school, endangering children, and Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Nahuel Buonarrigo of Catalpa Ave., PANJ age 19 for Poss. Of Heroin, Poss. with intent, and Distribution of CDS within a 1,000 feet of a school zone, Operating a Narcotic Facility and Poss. Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Roberto Pena-Delgado of Catalpa Ave., PANJ age 45, for Poss. of Cocaine and an outstanding warrant.

Jonathan Genao of Catalpa Ave., PANJ age 24 for Poss. of Cocaine, Poss. with intent to Distribute, Distribution

within a 1000 feet of a school, Poss. of under 50 grams of Marijuana, and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia.

Starlyn Henriques of Prospect St., PANJ age 21 was arrested on an outstanding Woodbridge Township Warrant.

All 6 defendants were transported to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility in North Brunswick and were waiting their hearing as per the new bail reform process.
