PERTH AMBOY – Fernando Rosa signed a Letter of Intent to attend Rutgers University.

The signing was held at Terrazza Restaurant on 7/2/13 in front of the family, friends, local politicians and the Caribbean All Stars. Local Businessman Eddie Trujillo presented Rosa with a check to help for college expenses. Rosa earned a full sports scholarship to Rutgers for baseball for his prowess as a pitcher.
