PERTH AMBOY – Police are currently looking for a heavyset dark skinned male wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt approximately 5’09” in height. This suspect had reportedly robbed a purse from a female victim.

On Monday, approximately 3:02 am police were dispatched to 398 Park Avenue on a report of robbery. Victim reported that the suspect grabbed her around her neck in a choking manner, demanding her purse. Victim gave him the purse and the suspect fled in a white Chevrolet Blazer which appeared to be waiting down the street.
