SOUTH AMBOY – In the 3/19/14 issue of the Amboy Guardian, in the “South Amboy State of the City” article, it was stated that Jerry Pizzillo was president of the South Amboy Historical Society. This is incorrect; Mary Szaro is the current president of the South Amboy Historical Society. Jerry Pizzillo, who spoke at the State of the City is an active member of the South Amboy Historical Society, not the president. The Amboy Guardian regrets this error.
