PERTH AMBOY – Council President Joel Pabon (front row right), along with the Human Resources Director Kenny Ortiz (2nd from left), honor Our Lady of Fatima Basketball Players on winning the Catholic Youth Organization State Championship. A proclamation was presented from Mayor Diaz and the Council on this achievement. Also present were the coaches.
