This is a follow story to “Foreclosure Fraud and the Free House” that I wrote in January 2013. Well, with all the fraud that I uncovered they finally offered me my house for free, but I said “no!”

These BIG BANKS that are in every city in America have stolen trillions of dollars from the middle class. They robbed the average persons pension funds and used that money to lend on mortgages. The Banks are required to put the name of the pension fund on the Note and the Mortgage so they money would get repaid, but instead they put the name of the Bank that took the loan application. The entity that actually lends the money is required by Federal Law-Truth in Lending Act to be the name that appears on the Mortgage and Note and be the actual true source of funds.

This is also a requirement of the Uniform Commercial Code followed throughout the country. This is a uniform way of knowing who lent the money and whom you actual owe that money to and who to go to directly if there are any disputes or to obtain a payoff and satisfaction when the loan is paid in full.

This is SO, IMPORTANT. Why you ask? Would you lend someone $100,000 and put your friend’s name on the IOU? What if the person doesn’t pay, you have no paperwork to prove in you lent the money. Well that’s why middle class Americans are out of work and they can’t pay their bills, buy food or pay their mortgages.

The Banks took trillions of dollars in your pension funds and lent it in the housing market and never planned on paying YOU back because they put their names on the IOU (Note & Mortgages). IF WE, THE AVERAGE PERSON DID THIS WE WOULD GO TO JAIL. WE NEED JUSTICE.

With all the pension money gone companies needed to lay off millions of people in order to try to stay in business but millions of companies went bankrupt despite all the layoffs. This caused millions upon millions of more Americans to lose their jobs and the elderly to lose their fixed incomes due to reductions in pension benefits. It gets worse, they now have total control over the housing market with their Big Bank name on every home Mortgage and Note in America.

Remember and never forget that your middle class pension fund really owns these Mortgages and Notes due to the Truth in Lending Act.Because of these Banks every single pension fund and homeowner must fight to save their homes and bring lawsuits to gain back money that was stolen.

Why does anyone still do business with these thieves? The Banks can’t modify loans that they never lent the money on. The wire transfer receipt does not show that the Bank was the true lender. This is the biggest heist and money crime recorded in the history of mankind. So, who in the name of God is sticking up for the average person? NOBODY!!

That is why I would not be bought out. I demand full litigation to prove the theft of trillions of dollars of our money, homes and pensions. This is your last chance America. DEMAND OUR JOBS, PENSIONS, AND HOMES BE RELEASED FROM THE DIRTY HANDS OF THE BIG NAMED BANKS. Foreclosures are fake, they Banks don’t own the Note & Mortgage remember its your money they lent. THE BANKS LAWYERS THAT SEND YOU COLLECTION LETTERS ARE VIOLATING THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT.

How? Because their letter doesn’t identify the true source of funds. The Big Name Bank puts their name on it. Sue the Bank and the Foreclosure Lawyer for the Bank. The true source of funds is your pension funds. Your pension fund invested in mortgage backed securities and never got anything in return to prove the pension funded the loans, so they are all BROKE except for the ones that filed suit to get back pennies on the dollar.

The local TV stations in our towns and the local papers like the Amboy Guardian are the best way to speak up and be heard. Council meetings are a great way to get this message to others who are still not aware. Cities would not have budget problems if their pension funds weren’t robbed like everyone else. This is why are taxes are through the roof.

I haven’t stopped for one second in seven years from fighting the Big Banks. Everyone needs to write a letter of disgust on how the government is destroying our America by robbing every single American. FORECLOSURES ARE FAKED WITH FRAUDLENT DOCUMENTS. They banks their lawyers and even the courts will lie right to your face and deny the fraud. You must prove it or you lose everything.

I will say it again, if YOU don’t prove the fraud you lose everything. This is crazy and it has to stop. Do your homework and fight to prove they are not entitled to your home. Go on “Google” and send the liar Bank a “Qualified Written Request” immediately but seek legal counsel first and never take no or you can’t for an answer. I won the fight, but for now I’m standing on my principles to help you all prove your case.

For now, stop fighting to clean up the streets and call on all public officials to demand justice to CLEAN UP THE BANKS. We want our jobs, pension and homes secure from Big Bank corruption. We want are equity back and our homes free from evil BANKS. This is so big that everyone needs to get on board. WE WERE ALL ROBBED!!!!!! THIS IS NO TIME TO BE SHY. ASK A THOUSAND QUESTIONS AND DEMAND A THOUSAND ANSWERS.
