SOUTH AMBOY – G.K. Fotinos LLC Marlboro, NJ was contracted to do the work at a cost of $36,000. State Law requires an emergency exit if necessary.

Fotinos LLC was the one bid submitted for consideration when the sealed bids were open on September 10, 2014. City Engineer Mark Rasinmowicz had recommended this bid on a letter dated 2/12/14 with intention to Business Administrator Camille Tooker, the Purchasing Agent, the City Attorney and the Acting City Clerk.

In the letter, Rasinmowicz said there were sufficient funds available for the project. This was at the 9/17/14 Regular Meeting.
