PERTH AMBOY – Perth Amboy resident Susan Batista has filed a lawsuit naming some of the Defendants as Perth Amboy Police Director/Mayor Wilda Diaz and suspended Police Chief Benjamin Ruiz in the Middlesex Co. Superior Court that alleges allegations of criminal evidence tampering & destruction, State and Federal Civil Right violations of Due Process and Equal Protection and Dereliction of Duty while operating the Color of the Law. These alleged acts took place prior to the recent election allegations.
