PERTH AMBOY – Today at the Wilentz School, The Boys & Girls Club of Perth Amboy announced immediate space availability to participate in the 2017 Boys & Girls Summer Camp. Brian Taylor, former Perth Amboy panther Basketball & Football All­American, and ABA & NBA star, now the Boys & Girls of Perth Amboy CEO, said that the Club is fortunate to have the Wilentz School host this year’s camp. The former Princeton All­American said: “this allows for more children to participate in the sports & recreational activities, science, music and dance, iPad discovery, and cooking activities planned for the camp.”
Camp Date Details
The camp will begin on July 10 and end on August 18. The camp is open to children 8- 15 and a free breakfast & lunch will be served. Costs will be $125 per week with scholarships being offered to those that qualify.
Weekly trips will take place including bowling, movies, Crystal Springs, iplay America, and Keansburg. Wacky Wednesdays include mix match day, Halloween in July, hero Day, and more fun things to do.
