PERTH AMBOY – In honor of the Holocaust National Days of Remembrance, The City of Perth Amboy is holding a Flag Raising and Commemoration Ceremony on Tuesday, June 4, 2019. There will be an Israeli Flag Raising at City Hall Circle at 5:30 p.m. with a Commemoration Ceremony in City Hall Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.

Keynote Speakers: Adela Froiman and Slbina Taubenleld. Born in Minsk Mazowieck, Poland, these sisters survived the Holocaust after working in a labor camp and going into hiding for 18 months. Currently residing in Manalapan, NJ, they continue to tell their story of resilience and hope to share the importance of remembering the Holocaust for generations to come.
