PERTH AMBOY – Residents, Representatives and City Employees read the Declaration of Independence followed by the Annual Ringing of the Liberty Bell. The New Jersey Liberty Bell is located in City Hall Circle, Perth Amboy. Every Fourth of July the Mayor of Perth Amboy rings the Liberty Bell 13 times at 2:00 p.m. representing the original 13 colonies.
