Deadline for Landlord Grants: Tuesday, 10/13

NJHMFA’s Small Landlord Emergency Grant (SLEG) Program offers help for renters behind on their rent and landlords affected by missed/reduced rent payments. The program reimburses landlords for missed/reduced rent due to COVID-19, so landlords can to continue to provide safe and secure housing by forgiving back rent their tenants owe.
