PERTH AMBOY – The Halloween Parade, which was cancelled over the weekend due to inclement weather, is now scheduled for Monday, November 1, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Join Us for a Halloween Celebration
Monday, November 1st
1 p.m.-4 p.m. at Francis St. Park
Open to all City of Perth Amboy residents!
