In accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations for “Notification and Public Outreach”, Marttine Management, LLC is required to provide information relating to environmental conditions and remedial activities being conducted at the above referenced site.

Current and former operations conducted at the site include Dry Cleanings operation that have caused contamination. Contaminants that have been detected include Tetrachloroethene Trichloroethene and Vinyl Chloride and were initially detected in the soil and ground water. Since detection, it has been determined that the contamination in the

ground water has migrated from the site. Marttine Management, LLC is conducting investigative and/or remedial activities in accordance with the requirements of the NJDEP to address the chemical contaminants detected including an evaluation of the potential for the contamination from this site to affect the quality of indoor air.
