PERTH AMBOY – Please be advised that the Perth Amboy Business Improvement District has rescheduled its regular board meeting (originally scheduled for 11/8/22) to Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in-person at City Hall Council Chambers located at 260 High Street in Perth Amboy.

The meeting will also consider the following resolution: R-08-10/22- Authorizing an Executive/Closed Session at the November 1, 2022 meeting to discuss with legal counsel pending litigation, as well as advice on budgetary and governance matters.
